Aviation Week blames malfunctioning aileron for third Turkish wreck

A malfunction aileron brought down the third Turkish CN-235 military plane on May 18, according to Aviation Week.

"Established quality control and test procedures were followed, but they were inadequate to prevent the accident, which is currently under investigation by Turkish airworthiness officials and EADS. The investigation should be complete in six to eight weeks," Aviation Week reports.
